I've been working late this week. That combined with the earlier setting of the sun has really cut into my summer outdoor activities plan.
I am going to be helping build a deck this weekend, so I'll be outside at least. I might be going kayaking, but I need to resolve timing for that. It may be too late already.
It's very pretty and bright outside. I wish I was walking around Downtown Newport right now, making my way to the beach, stopping for some dark, itallian coffee like a Vienesse roast.
The wind from the ocean is real and big. It pushes against a body roughly like a butch dyke--bristling like a crew-cut, and sweet like female pheromones.
Contrasts among colors stretch the tensile horizon as thin as a samurai sword slicing the sky from the water while the sand reminisces about tiny kids with fat , little bellies making castles.
The roundness of the earth is obvious here.
