20 April 2004 - 7:53 a.m. So, we have a president who has back-room dealings with the Saudi Royal family, and somehow, John Kerry is an elitist? More than half the population in this country buys that argument. Maybe if John Kerry bought a pair of cowboy boots and adopted a fake Texas accent his poll numbers would rise. By the way, has GWB agreed to debate John Kerry yet? I think the Democrats need to forget the issues and figure out why so many people like this president. I mean Clinton lied about having an affair and there was almost a revolution in this country. Bush lies about everything and everyone just seems to say, "that's OK. We don't mind." Some people support the president because they think he'll handle the war on terrorism better, when it's obvious that he's just about abandoned the war on terror so he can bomb Iraq. There were no terrorists in Iraq before the war. The terrorists were all in Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, england, Germany, Spain and the U.S. (0) Comments?
