15 August 2003 - 8:51 a.m. Don't you just love how the city can keep track of a $10 parking ticket and assess you a late fee after the fact instead of just taking your payment a day late, but they can't keep track of property taxes well enough to send out a bill in time so we don't get charged late fees? I believe the legal term for this is "complete and total bullshit." (0) Comments?
