06 November 2002 - 4:06 a.m. Mit Romney was elected Governor of Massachusetts by promising to cut taxes, fix the economy and creating jobs. I predict that the first thing he will do is to try to get the "Defense" of Marriage Act passed. We will never learn. So, the whole country went Republican yesterday, except here in Providence where we resoundingly elected a gay, Jewish, Italian mayor. I live in the best city in the world. (0) Comments?
