25 March 2002 - 2:15 p.m. I got a new St. John's Wort complex yesterday in Wickford Village at a store called the Herb Wyfe. It has Ginger and Gotu Kola and Ginseng and some other stuff. I'm actually not falling asleep at work today even though I went to Denny's for pancakes afer the Worcester Poets' A sylum. I feel like my metabolism is working correctly. Plus, I've been having much less caffeine and fat for about a week now. (0) Comments?
