21 March 2002 - 2:01 p.m. So, I got approved for a lower rate loan to refinance my car. Well, after getting all my paperwork together and faxing it off, calling my insurance agent and setting up an appointment--they call me and tell me that my car's not worth enough and they won't lend me the money.
